e-Comic Book Copyright, Publishing, and Streaming Subdivision
ClientScout-e-Entertainment.Agency in associaction with Wayne A. Cargill ~ Client Scout Agency, and Cargill e-Comics are currently scouting for the top 10 amateur Action Adventure Enthusiasts comic book illustrators, and authors for our e-Comic Book Copyright, Publishing, and Streaming Subdivision Cargill e-Comics. Cargill-e-Comics.Fun will be converting unique, and original comic books illustrations, and story lines into e-Comic Book format using a preexisting story line that we have created. Cargill e-Comis will then copyright, publish the e-Comic Book, then stream the published e-Comic Book on a global scale. If you are an unpublished illustrator, and or author of action hero based comic books without any type of representation, or contract then we wish to hear from you immedately.
Illustrations and Story Submission Rules
1 - Moving forward the Illustration, and story Submission Rules will be referred to as CeCSR.
2 - Moving forward all references to US, Our, Ours, or We refers to Wayne A. Cargill ~ Client Scout Agency as a whole or any division, or subdivision within our Digital Media Network.
3 - Moving Forward the term "Work", "Works", "Material", "Materials", "Submitted Material", or "Submitted Materials" refers to any document, digital images, or digital audio files you have submitted to us.
4 - Moving forward all references to You, Your, Yours or Yourself refers to you as an individual artist of an original, and unpublished illustration, and or an action adventure story line for submission.
5 - All works submitted must be unique and original content (No stolen, copied works, plagariazed, or previously published works permitted).
6 - All works submitted must be complete, and owned by the individual submitting the works.
7 - All works being submitted must not have any type of representation what so ever, and must not be under any type of contract of any kind.
8 - All works being submitted must be submitted by unknown amateurs (Professionals need not apply)
9 - For security reasons, you are required to create a Pseudonym / Screen Name that MUST be different from your given name
10 - The Pseudonym / Screen Name will be the only name your fans know you as
You are required to send in a brief bio about yourself (Include the country in which you reside, however, do not include any personal info such as the city in which you reside)
11 - Not all works being submitted will be chosen (Only the top 10 illustrator / illustrations, and or story lines)
12 - Should your works be chosen you will be required to sign a Four Year Cargill e-Comics Client Franchise Agreement (also known as the 4-YCeCCFA) stating that you are now exclusively being represented by Client Scout e-Entertainment Agency, and have an exclusive Four Year Cargill e-Comics Client Franchise Agreement (also known as the 4-YCeCCFA) with Cargill e-Comics Copyright, Publishing, and Streaming Subdivision. If you are a minor, under the age of majority at the time a 4-YCeCCFA is offered, then we will require both of your parents to sign a Parental Concent Cargill e-Comics Four Year Client Franchise Agreement (Also known as PC4-YCeCCFA) on your behalf.
13 - While you are being represented by us you will do everything in your power to plug (promote) Cargill e-Comics Copyright, Publishing, and Streaming Subdivision, Client Scout e-Entertainment Agency, and Wayne A. Cargill ~ Client Scout Agency Digital Media Network via word of mouth, and while conducting any type of interview in all formats.
14 - For every individual e-Comic Book of yours that is sold / leased you are to receive 50% of the proceeds from the profits
The remaining 50% of the proceeds from the profits will be split as follows: 10% to our Cargill e-Comics Copyright, Publishing, and Streaming Subdivision for the distribution of our work. 10% to Client Scout e-Entertainmet Agency for representing you as your Client Scout, and exclusively handeling all business dealings on your behalf globely. 10% to Client Scout e-Advertising Online for the advertising campaigns that they craft, and ran for your work. 10% to Client Scout e-Branding Online for applying all of their branding techniques to your e-Comic Books. The remaining 10% to Client Scout e-Marketing Agency for applying all of their marketing strategies to you works. Altogether, that is a total of 50% of the proceeds from the profits after taxes.
15 - Should you receive any offers for corporate sponsored endorsements, they can only be broadcast on our Digital Media Network, and ClientScout-e-Entertainmet.Agency is to receive 10% as your Client Scout.
16 - All corporate sponsored endorsements, and corporate sponsored advertisements have to be written by Client Scout e-Advertising Online, and must only be aired on our Digital Media Network.
17 - All corporate sponsored endorsements, and corporate sponsored advertisements have to be branded by Client Scout e-Branding Online, and must only be aired on our Digital Media Network.
18 - All corporate sponsored endorsements, and corporate sponsored advertisements have to be marketed by Client Scout e-Marketing Agency, and must only be aired on our Digital Media Network.
19 - Cargill e-Comics will hold exclusive rights to all works submitted for all time, with all right reserved
20 - You shall at all times maintain 100% ownership of any works submitted that are 100% your unique and original work, however, while being represented by us any works that are a collaboration between yourself, and us, we will maintain 50% ownership for all times.
21- You shall receive 50% of the proceeds from the profits of any, and all of your submitted works that are purchased via digital download, or leased via streaming
22 - Once your work has been transformed into our e-Comic Book format, you will maintain 100% ownership of the content of the e-Comic Book, however, we will maintain 100% ownership of the e-Comic Book itself and all code, intellectual properties, and webpages required in order to make it function as an e-Comic Book.
23 - We shall hold all rights for all time to: the e-Comic Book Gallery, all webpages, the code required in order to make it function, all intellectual properties, as well as all content within the e-Comic Book Gallery, with all rights reserved.
24 - Should a larger distributor wish to sign you, should you be in breach of agreement, or should you wish to leave for any reason prior to the end of your 4-YCeCCFA, we at Clientscout-e-Entertainment.Agency, and Cargill e-Comics will terminate any agreements at $19,800.00 USD charge to you for early termination, which will be due upon the termination date.
25 - Should you wish to leave for any reason at the successful completion of your 4-YCeCCFA, we at Clientscout-e-Entertainment.Agency, and Cargill-e-Comics.Fun will terminate any agreements at no charge to you.
26 - Should you wish to continue a business relationship with us upon the successful completion of your 4-YCeCCFA, we at Clientscout-e-Entertainment.Agency, and our e-Comic Book Copyright, Publishing, and Streaming Subdivision (Cargill e-Comics) would offer you a new four year exclusive agreement.
27 - Upon ceasing any agreements with us, we would issue a press release within three business days stating that our business relationship has ended, and whom, if anyone will be representing you in the future.
28 - The material being submitted must not exceed 45 MB.
29 - Each e-Comic Book page submitted must be in either a JPG, BMP, PNG, Word, or Open Office
